Shipping policy

Where we ship

As of right now we only ship products within North America. We are currently working on getting all necessary documents for international shipping.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days once confirmed. You will receive another email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Our standard method of shipping is Canada Post. Once packages leave our warehouse, we have no control over its movement. Note that we have no power over delayed shipping due to postal service problems that are out of our control. We reserve the right to use a different shipping service in the event that shipping charges are too high, miscalculated or the expected delivery date is faster. We reserve the right to invoice a customer if additional shipping is required as rates can vary day-to-day. You will be emailed a shipping invoice for any additional shipping required. Luxebels is NOT responsible for stolen parcels. If a parcel was left at your address and has gone missing we will file a claim with the courier on your behalf but we will not re-ship or refund your order until the courier deems the parcel as lost or undelivered. All orders will be shipped as signature required to minimize parcels being lost or stolen. If you would like no signature required, please add a note to your order. Orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday or any time on Saturday or Sunday will be added to the queues on Monday morning.

Pick Up Orders

We offer pick up for all orders placed in Calgary, Alberta. When an order is ready for pickup, you will get an email notification. We require a minimum of 5 hours to get orders ready for pick up and ask that you wait until you get the email to come pick up. Pick up orders are held for 14 days and emails will be sent at intervals to remind you that your order is still available for pickup. Orders not picked up after the 14 days will be cancelled and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us at support@luxebels.ca if you are not available to pick up your order within the 14 days.

Return to sender Packages

If an order is returned to us because they were unable to deliver it, you will be contacted to ask if you want us to reship it. If you choose to have the order reshipped, you will be charged for the cost of reshipment plus the amount the shipping service charged to return the package to us. If a response is not received within 72 hours, the order will be refunded and you will be charged the full cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
