Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal nature of our products we don't offer returns or exchanges. However, if any damage/error occurs on our part, we would be happy to refund the customer. Our refund policy is 14 days after receiving the product. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after this period. To start the process, send an email to support@luxebels.ca with proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products we don't offer exchanges. However, we would be happy to replace an item for you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing and shipping issues. If you need to replace an item, send us an email at support@luxebels.ca
Shipping
All orders have a 3-5 business days processing period though this is subject to change in high volume times. Once the product has left our sites, we are not responsible for lost packages, only damaged ones.
